Refund policy

You have 30 days from delivery to contact us about a problem with your order.

Defects, misprints, damage and wrong items: If your item arrives defective, misprinted or damaged, or we sent the wrong item, we'll send a free replacement. Email info@relentlesslyunfiltered.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Size exchanges: Size exchanges are available, but the customer pays all costs: shipping the item back to us, plus the cost of the replacement item and its shipping. Email info@relentlesslyunfiltered.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number to arrange an exchange. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Change of mind: Every item is printed to order, so we don't offer refunds for change-of-mind returns.
